Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and regulations.
Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and standards and manage sustainability reporting.
Drive sustainability projects to reduce environmental impact and promote social responsibility initiatives across the Baltic organization.
Identify and mitigate sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
Educate employees on sustainability practices and raise organizational awareness.

Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
Ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans.
Experience in data collection, categorization, and analysis.
Leadership skills to drive sustainability initiatives and motivate teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
